Feels seriously paired down from the bonkers first season, but it's still very solid stuff, even if, at the half way point, not much has happened.  [spoiler]And Poe's back![/spoiler]

The Cimmerian: Queen of the Black Coast #1 - new Conan but not from Marvel.  Good stuff, especially if you're a Conan fan who isn't digging the current Marvel stuff.

There's an interesting video on YT which breaks down all the Conan stuff Marvel has put out since it re-acquired the license; I will post a link as it'swell worth a look.

Just read Queen of the Black Coast #1 - whilst I'm not a massive fan of the art, this is already way better than the current Marvel titles.

If you've not heard of this, Ablaze tried publish English language versions of the new French Conan GNs last year, before Disney/Marvel stepped in.

However, Ablaze pressed on, and now it looks like they are good to go, as "Conan" is now "The Cimmerian".

They managed to get issue #1 of QUEEN OF THE BLACK COAST out this week.

You can pick up copies from FP, and pre-order #2 and RED NAILS #1 & #2.

After literally minutes of research, I found one site that says it's been re-cancelled.

Hmm.

Let's wait and see, I guess!

There's no other sites saying it's back on, as far as I can see.

It's rumoured the omnibus was cancelled in favour of trades, but if it's actually coming out then great!

I've got my copy of Hewligan's Haircut but still not re-read it.

Altered Carbon season 2 trailer has just popped up online, ahead of it's February 22nd release date on Netflix.

I honestly loved the first season - apart from a very wonky final 2 episodes - and this looks fantastic.

(I'm presuming everyone has seen season 1!)
