Just found on COMICON. Todd McMarlane's people have made a statue of Marvel/Miracleman.

Not hugely keen on it, maybe it's the faux dramatic lighting.

Also, I wouldn't want to give him any money for miracleman really.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks it is rubbish. And I believe the judge in the Gaiman/McFarlane piece has ordered an audit of Todds stuff in order to what he owes Gaiman. I just wish they would sort Miracleman out.

Hmm, I always thought that the whole point of Miracleman was that he DIDN'T stand in a cheesy I'm Brimming With Undefined Power pose. Ho-hum. Nice one Toddy.

I'm not the only one who hates Todd-can't-draw-for-shit-McFarlane then? If ever a man was likely to vanish up his own back passage...

I won't deny that it's a fine piece of sculpting, but it is clearly NOT Miracleman. Does the Todster even read comics (apart to steal from of course)? What kind of brief did he give his sculptor?
