In which issue does Judge Hershey get promoted to deputy chief judge?

I know that Herriman was killed in the batman crossover "Die Laughing" but in which issue is Hershey promoted to deputy chief judge exactly?

Most of the wiki articles that i have seen do not provide a source for this. One wiki article claims that she was promoted in Judge Dredd Megazine vol 3 issue #53, but as far as I can tell, she does not even appear in that issue.

In #54, she is already the deputy chief judge. Was her actual promotion shown in an issue, or did it happen "off-screen" so as to speak?

No, she became chief judge in Volte Face.

It happened off-screen. Deputy Chief Judge Herriman was killed in Batman crossover Die Laughing, and we next saw Hershey in The Narcos Connection episode 2, identified as the deputy chief judge, and the Council of Five votes not to erect a memorial to Herriman's memory. That story is in #52 to 55.
