... "and Cam Kennedy"

Now, that would be cool. Cam did some of rather nice Slaine covers for the Sky Chariots progs.

Since I can only put one link in the Link field, copy and paste these to see what I mean ...

By 'eck - those mid-300s progs were fantastic.

Not Rian Hughes on Slaine, tho. It would kill me! Maybe a return to B&W would be so different it might wake Slaine from his apathy!
Just a little rough and tumble, Judge man.

HMMM...Indeed. What about Rufus Dayglo for Slaine, in B&W?

Those covers, correct if I am wrong, but aren't they the work of McMahon?

I'm pretty sure.

Dog Deever

Nah, it's got Cam's signature- top left. Plus you can tell by the jagged black on slaines shoulder muscles. I don't think McMahon would of done it like that. Or he'd have moaned about Cam ripping him off!

Oaky, that came as a shock to me.

As he 's done 'Warriors Dawn', 'Beltain Giant'
'Heroes Blood', 'The Shoggey Beast' and 'Sky Chariots'.

I had always assumed the covers to be his also.

It's almost the same to me. Though after closer inspection Cam's work is little more distinct.

How about some decent colour from Simon Davis.....

I'd go fer that. I've seen his Slaine sketches, and they're pretty damned good!
Dan Dare will return for a new adventure soon, Earthlets!
