Nice to know people are getting their order. I'm just hoping to get mine before I move.

So The Zenith Apex is a one-off then is it? Glad I ordered it then!

After buying the limited edition and the new hardbacks I am thinking I won't be buying the Apex editions but who knows.

This collection has been temporarily postponed; however, the title will resume soon so watch this space!

Nothing like being kept informed is there!

Slaine is the 'worst' offender in the GN world I think

Often it's just people thinking if it's more than 10 years old it must be worth a lot

Mardroid: looking at the terms when subbing it is monthly as you get 2 at once even though it's technically a fortnightly thing.
Saves on postage I guess!

'Also worth noting that the series will include works not yet reprinted by us...'

Not yet... So who will make it first with these works? Rebellion or Hachette? After all it will take 2 years to complete this and I'm presuming a continuation of older 2000ad content being published.
Have they already printed them all or will we end up with mismatched things later on as often happens with part-works?

For anyone that has one and has the IDW Apocalypse War collection, is it as 'strong' as that? That is what I call a great volume.

Needs more information though. One of the fairly obvious things is the spines. This is Judge Dredd The Mega Collection right? So why is Zenith, Nikoli Dante, Kingdom, Rogue Trooper, Button Man, Bad Company, Stickleback, Slaine etc on the picture of the collection?

I'm sure these would be nice but by throwing out stories out of order does kind of weaken it. No point putting in America until you've learnt about the world it is in, no Wounded Knee until you've seen the impact of decades of life on the streets of MC1 on Dredd etc etc.

Would be nice to know what they are actually going to be putting out there for this collection. What comes under '& others' or 'Robot Rampage'?
If it supposed to be for new fans not existing ones that makes the misordered stories even stranger. Maybe that's why theres been no official push yet?

Like with many of these people will buy the first few when they see them.  But I'm not convinced of the benefit after getting the free gifts up to the 4th edition which is why I will subscribe.

As a subscriber after your second delivery you will 'receive 2 issues packed together every 4 weeks at a price of £9.99 per issue.'. That really adds up. I guess this is a side effect of the increased demand for digital products and the reduction of the print. Doesn't matter if people buy these instead, people will still buy the digital copies of the original GN with all the stories in.

Fair few years ago I got some A4 posters/prints of book covers that must have been used for in-store promotion and they looked amazing.
Always thought it would be a wonderful thing to have.
Something in a nice wide spined book to be able to lay flat and see all the artwork with a good border around it.

It's the space thing that makes the massive cut to 50 million the biggest hit to me.
It's too small. It doesn't match up anymore.
If you took today's Shanghi, Karachi and Beijing you'd have a population of 68 million in a space smaller than Colorado.
And that's without giant blocks etc.
Most of MC1 must be empty now. I know we have seen big areas destroyed/in ruins etc but the scale of the emptiness must be unimaginable.

You only need to find the one person that agrees with you though!
