Look to the right and above the "www.historyofviolence" line. Both John & Vince Locke are credited there. Their credit is the same size as Cronenberg's (and the rest of the cast), but it's just wedged away at the end of the rest of the info.

Hope this doesn't make it onto the cover of any new reprint of the GN; it's a pretty dull image.

My eyes must be going because squinting at that credit I thought it said 'John Wagner and David Icke'.
