Just read this this morning and I'm first with the review, due to the internet not existing when the prog came out.

Cover: Terrific, great picture of Nemesis

Dredd: Atlantic, good story but the art is uneven. Yet again Wagner is funny but a little sad about casual murders and muties

Strontium Dogs: Killer Art by Ezquerra, a very grim story. I love the chums - they remind me of King Osgood the okay (was that his name?)

Metalzoic: brilliant mad stuff from Mills and O'Neill. the art is so good I wish the paper quality was better

Nemesis: I always like this character. The story feels a bit cluttered, especially the ABC warriors who don't seem to belong here. Torq is fun as ever

satirical poster on the back from Milligan and Macarthy. those wild anarchic types! I laughed until I stopped.

Rex Banner

At this point I only have a small collection of progs, twelve!

I haven't read any previous Nemesis, still getting used to Dredd's world but it was the 'Rage' storyline that brought me back to 2000ad.

Realising that it's twenty years ago suddenly makes me feel old!
