Mine is Burt"Burt"Burt from the Judge Pal story.This still makes me laugh whem I think about it.It's the alias does it for me,sums up a lot of Dredd humour IMHO.

Having heard nowt but good stuff from alot of souls,especially from here,I picked up the first collected of this.

Vague disappointment IMO.Dialogue was stilted in some places,art functional.It felt like there was a lot left out or something.

Saying that good first ish,intriguing threads,but is it worth while long term?

So,many people have a(legitimate)concern over the continuing Slaine stories.IMHO,Gollamh was a bit more like it,but this isn't for discussing merits or ortherwise of Mac Roth.

My question I pose today,fellow squaxx,is this;

Who thinks there's room for high fantasy in tooth?Is it a genre sadly underused?

I *would* like to see good fantasy strips(any recommendations?),but just like the fiction,it could be hard to get something worth admission price.Personally with fantasy(fic anyway) I am happy with a good story well told-concepts at times aren't wildly original,so they have to be page turners,engaging characters and swash that buckle if need be.

The choice of artist would be paramount IMHO,need to be visually striking.-so any aul hack could write it ;)

Hey,I saw something very unusual last Thursday on the bus.Someone,other than myself,reading a copy of the galaxies greatest.This is the first time I have seen another tooth reader in public.And I've been reading since '82.Is anyone else a 'lone squaxx'?I don't know anyone else who reads comics in any regular way,and not tooth even then.Am I Legend?

Do any of you computer techies know of any way i can get my vinyl stuff to a PC fro CD burning(for home use of course)?Is there any sorta linking device from deck ta PC available?I too lazy to look it up,and i like the personal touch.

What it says on the tin really-I miss the summer+winter specials,they were a welcome extra dose a thrills at times.

I know!A Strontium Dog special instead of a monthly!

John Hickleton?I absolutely loved his stuff,but IIRC he disappeared after getting so much(uncalled for) grief for his graphic style in the Meg-mid 90's?
And what about Simon Harrison?Last time I seen him was in Warhammer doing a wood elves story which was fantastically drawn.
Bring them back!(Or tell me what they're doing).

The other night I was at a pub quiz-TV round,question who was the first Dr. to step out of the Tardis?Quiz meister claims Peter Cushing-is he getting me on a technicality?Y'know,actually *emerging* from Tardis.I also pulled him on the fact that his answer is a *film* one not TV.Sorry to be off topic,i know y'all hate the Dr. ;p
