I've not been paying attention - didn't realise it was five years since the last film and had no idea there were two TV series in production (don't like that article though - the biggest criticism among a great amount of criticism of the other series is that it's "set on Earth" - they mustn't have read the novels or comics then).

Giant Freakin' Robot are more of a gossip website, than a reliable, trustworthy news site now and hardly anyone takes them seriously anymore. Just sayin'!!
Whatever happens with regards to this series, in terms of rip-roaring action, intrigue horror and excitement, it will be nigh on impossible to top the original Alien movie (at least according to this synopsis.) :D
