Hive Mind Techie Folk - assistance needed!

Just a quick one to all you techs out there -

I've recently created this page:

...to raise some money, get drunk, provoke shits and giggles etc and hopefully do a bit of good for charidee, mate. I'd like to record regular video message on my webcam attached to my laptop and post them as regular updates as I move through the list.

Trouble is, I can take pictures on said webcam, but can't seem to find a 'record video' option. I've a Packard Bell Easynote laptop running windows 7 with a cheapie webcam plugged in the back via usb.

Any Tech Judges out there know of such things?

It's alright, I just filled it with mashed potato then reversed the polarity of the neutron flux. Works a charm!
