Not a bad price at all...

Too late for me to change the price now anyway as I have received a bid.

Will be interesting to see where it ends up?

Thank you Indigo.

Now that I have set a price maybe that wouldn't be a nice thing to do lol.  Maybe being a bit too greedy?

Maybe we shall find out the real market value by starting it at a then very reasonable price? Lol

Darn I'm soo tempted to raise it now! Lol...again

Well spread the word everybody that there is a cheap copy on eBay UK?!

All the best...

Hello

I was wondering if anyone subscribes to the consumer Which? magazine.

If so would you be willing to share with me the information/article for their best all in one desk top computer as I can not afford the subscription as I have other bills, etc but i do respect their judgement.

If anyone can help I would much appreciate it.

Many thanks!

Sorry not an original answer but...I would love to have owned the one given away for a star letter(?) in the pages of Action.

I think it was an image of a Spinball player?

Does anyone have one of these or the ability to reproduce it....

Ta!

Whoever decided that "out of print" = automatically worth a ton more than cover price, should be fed to pigs.

Apologies to all, sometimes I get a little confused.

I mentioned it on this thread, but without giving the scalper publicity.

Sorry, not so much outraged but shocked that somebody would ask so much.........

"Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed."

:D

What a gobshite. I hope Nemesis jumps up out of his book, sticks his fist in his gob and spreads his fingers.

Who?  Me or Gandhi?

Also remember This Morning paying a visit to Stateside Comics and 'doing a piece' in the studio about how much some of the more desirable comics were worth.....

Was that the one downstairs in the Virgin Megastore on Oxford Street?  Unusual for a TV programme to visit a comic shop other than Forbidden Planet (FP still sell comics, before anyone piipes up).

It was the one in Barnet possibly East Barnet....

Ps It was earlier than 1992...I think.....I'm sure of it!

Time to hunt the video tape me thinks....

It was def Middle English.  The boy is reading a copy of Starlord issue dated 30th September 1978 the one with the monster on the front and he is accompanied by the owner of a comic shop possibly Skinny Melinks and he talks to the editor of 2000ad at that time and it was def early 1990's.

I must look for the tape as it has the transmission date on it.

have we got a video now? Lol

I have been Eddie Hitler for some time but not the real Eddie Hitler lol I love Bottom......well you know what I mean......lol

Off Topic / Middle English...early 1990's...2000ad

I'm sure I have asked about this before but does anybody remember the children's education programme Middle English which in the early part of the 1990's featured an episode about a boy visiting the offices of 2000ad to see how an edition of the prog was put together.

I have the transmission date written down on the side of one of my old VHS tapes but recorded it over when Batman was screened that Xmas.

Just wondered if anyone had a copy or knew where I could view this or even remember it?

Thank you
