I wanted to change my password; and so was sent an automatic email with a link to follow. After I reset my password, I was no longer able to log into the Future Shop - all I got was a message saying 'You haven't verified your email address.' I have no idea how to verify it; I've already checked the email I was sent.
Can anyone help? I'm two weeks behind in my digital progs! Thanks
I had something similar happen a while back and I contacted Denise and she sorted it out for me so drop her a line she really is very helpful
