Funnily enough I'm a real carnivore (like my steak so rare Dracula would shun it) but I do like Quorn sossies.
The only thing I don't like about them it that they look the same after they are cooked as before they were cooked....

Rio 74: (IIRC) Before the server RAM upgrade due to the number of messages and general increase in database size, the website (and chatroom) crashed a lot.
As a temporary solution, all messages prior to 2003 were archived on (I believe) a different server. This caused problems if a message thread was started prior to 2003 but was still being posted to after 2003.
However since the RAM upgrade, the messages post 2003 have been reinstated- so the thread looks normal again.

Thread Zero was something else. A quirk of web-code (or was it more sinister?), it was a thread on the board that you could only see sometimes and sometimes only you saw it, that stole posts from other, more innocent, threads before disappearing again, to lurk until it became hungry once more.
None of that is a lie. Hopefully some old timers back me up... although we tend not to talk about it, the same way we don't say Candyman three times to a mirror.
