Every other month being Dredd/Rogue solicitations is a little much IMO.

I've not got any of the rogue collections as i'm not a great fan of the series, but as far as i'm concerned the more dredd gns the better. There's tons of great dredd strips that have never been reprinted!

Is it the third 'book' of Mechanismo that has the really dodgy art?

yeah. well it wasnt THAT bad dont think, but havent read it in years. cant remember who it was by, something hispanic sounding. the first and second were colin macniel and pete doherty.

One of the best things about the rebellion trades is they have a real respect for continuity, and always feature the 'follow up' stories. i'd love to see a complete mechanismo incorporating wilderlands etc, and they could top it off with 'the candidates' and'death of a legend' to give it a sense of closure.

Also, please, for the love of god, a 'complete Taxidermist' (the taxidermist/return/revenge) gn. OK, I was quite young when I first read it, but I remember it being one of the funniest, most inventive things the meg ever published.

Sorry if you meant non-dredd strips, but...

Id really like a complete Mechanismo gn. Ive got the old hamlyn mechanismo and wilderlands books, but they missed out 'body count' which is a decent length story that ties up what happened to 'number 5'.

Also, there was a great 5ish part Dredd story a couple of years back (the first part of which was called 'dead ringer' IIRC. It was a great, fun story, very reminiscient of the judge child (in fact actually featured the caveman dude from tjc) and had excellent art throughout from the likes of jock, duncan fegredo and ben oliver.

Also the dredd strip 'Lawcon' was good as well. Featured the death of a long-running character, and had lovely Richard Elson Artwork....

You know, sometimes i regret giving away all those back issues......

Yeah you're right there. I got a little confused,
as their main page clearly states 'bogof' on the link. Anyway, yeah this way you could, for example, pick up lobster random and shakara for 10 quid (+p&p)!!!!

Wow, these look really nice, waiting for my copies to arrive. I stopped reading 2000ad a few years ago, so ive never even read total war, but im happy bout the new gns, as they let me get a regular fix of 2000ad hassle free, plus they're very well put together and designed.
Big ups to all involved!

Not very christmassy, but bbc two are showing family guy and american dad! episodes back to back every night this (and maybe next) week. I actually prefer these to the recent simpsons, which to me seems to have really ran out of steam

Cheers for the info. Yeah, I had a similar experience with the future shop myself. Had to wait nearly a month for Dante vol 3. Guess ill just order them direct from amazon, but judging by the quality of the satans island tpb, itll be well worth the wait.
