Yup its cold turkey from the board/chatroom, from music, from being my own boss, from the kids & pets, from normal reality.
I'm off on a Breathing apperatus course, for a week of black smoke filled rooms, fire, eating too much, more fire & ladders, binge drinking with big men, fire & heavy air cylinders.
I am rather apprehensive to say the least ! fingers crossed i live to tell the tale !!!
