No, this isn't about the boarder called Smiley.

It's about 'emoticons'. Why do people think they can abuse, slander, mock, scoff, and generally spout offensive tripe and then make it alright by sticking a :) at the end? If you reply to the half baked, cacky minded tripe that they've penned you get a load of 'Whoa! Don't go ballistic, didn't you see the smiley? Just funning!'.

Well, it's not an excuse. It's a load of wank to think you can spout claptrap and get away with it. It's childish, and annoying. It's dragging 'Fei-knights-pax' out of the playground and applying it to grown up life. Anyone who uses Smileys in that way is an arse of the highest order. If you haven't got the courage of your convictions to stand by your words, or don't have the ability to defend what you say then don't even bother to post. You disgust me.

Oh, and anyone who thinks of replying to this post with a witty use of a smiley, then your not being witty. You're being an arse. Think on.
