I'm confused by the new subscription deal!  I subscribed 2 weeks ago - will I now only be charged ?9.00 a month - as there seems to be a price cut on subsciptions according to the story on the home page?

I tried to contact the subscriptions dept myself, but they were super unhelpful - insisting that the subscription was still ?9.99 and that I wouldn't get a mug.

So confused - can anyone shed light???

FInally updated 2000AD Review with my thoughts on 1111327.  Generally pretty good, but I vented my spleen a bit at Bec & Kawl.  Very theraputic.

Never quite got Telguth either.  Seemd like a disguised excuse for poor Future Shocks to me.

I'd much prefer to see Steve Moore on a proper ongoing series.

FINALLY updated the 2000AD review site.  With the new addition of pics from this week's review onwards.

And I'll start Megazine reviews from next week too.  

I expect to have a breakdown the week after.

I thought this week's prog was pretty good - but even I'm beginning to tire of Sinister Dexter.  But they're still better than Slaine...

Well I thought it was great, and I've finally put up this week's review.  Unfortunately, as I'm now off on holiday, you'll have to wait until post Xmas before you can read WR Logan's counterpoint.  But then, it's another reason to visit the site later!!

Anyway, hope you enjoy the review, because it took bloody ages to write.  I'll be back in the new year with a Dreddcon report, and the 1st Megazine review.

They've had crapping elephants on blue peter, they've never mutilated a vicar...

Hmm - perhaps they'll try that to get the viewing figures up?  I'd certainly watch!

Don't see what all the fuss is about really - someone shitting themselves in a highly violent comic is hardly something to get all het up about.
