He does indeed use live models - take a look at the interview on the site and then follow the link to his homepage for some funny pictures...

Thought it was a pretty good issue - especially in the run up to Prog 2003.  Finally got the full review up at 2000AD Review...

How come it's subtitled book 1?  Is this the previous edition divided into two?  Or will it have more of the epliogue (especially Ron Smith's stuff) in book 2?

To be fair, the pics are actually on angydiggle.com, and I just link to his site. (unfortunately, it's very difficult to link to any page other than his homepage).

But I agree, they do look very good indeed...

Finally updated the 2000AD Review site with this week's review (plus a rather brilliant Dredd/Aliens pic).

Finally put up this week's review and synopsis on www.2000adreview.co.uk.

Spoilers ahoy, of course.

And there's a new interview with Simon Davis on the site too...

*Sigh*

The name wasn't registered in any way (i.e. .com,.org etc, etc).  I don't use yahoo usegroups.  And it didn't come up on a search.

Nope - 'fraid not.  After all - the site pretty much does was it says on the tin, so it didn't take up too much time to think of a name.

Thought it was a good prog - but let down again by Past Imperfect.

I've got a more in-depth review here:

I'll be putting up some counter opinions in the coming weeks - and I'll see how that goes.  But if anyone feels they want to contribute - please send me an email.

Thanks for the input - I'll try do do something about the width (It seems OK on my monitor, so I'll have to look into it).

I'd be happy for different reviewers - but it's just me doing the site at the moment, so I'm afraid it's stuck with my opinion at the moment.

Hopefully as time goes on, I'll try to have more interviews, features and news - but at the moment it's a matter of digging around information.

Just glad that no-one was appalled by the site!

I've been putting together a 2000AD site over the past few weeks - and now need some traffic and opinions!

So if you get a chance - please take a look and tell me what you think.  I get the feeling I may be throwing myself to the lions here - but what the hell.
