What an amazing month. Having picked the theme I think I'm the only person who failed to actually draw Nemesis. Whoops!
1 Simon Prime - Nemesis vs Torquemada - Artwork worthy of a prog cover, bold, beautiful and full of action.
2 MikeD - Thorny Nemesis - No idea what's going on here but the drawing is lovely.
3 Andy Lambert1 - Khaos Theory - Could have picked either of Andy's beautifully executed drawings this month, but I was drawn to the more serious of the two.

A great month, some obvious love for the Arch Deviant still out there.

2) Andy Lambert 1- Chaos Theory (beautiful, the usual high standard from Mr. Lambert).

That time already
Lovely entries all, so I wont HM any, as they are all rather lovely. As usual, with me it its the concept that makes it, with the art following up in a close second, so....
1st Mike D - Nemesis sticking an alien flower in a Terminator gun, hippy style? Something about that appeals on so many levels that it really does stand out as a no-brainer first place for me - the execution just pushes it even further out in front - the design of the flowers and the Terminator, and the whole pose and character..
2nd Andy Lambert Corpse Ride - again, lovely concept backed up with the art chops and sealed with some great dialogue
3rd - Steve Denton - Leapy Nemesis- straightforward, but fantastic - Nemesis is so hard to draw an an anatonomical reality when he is standing still, let alone leaping at you! Another one with superlative finish and class
While its been another exceptional month for once my top 4 jumped out at me and so its actually not been that hard. Which says more about how good they are standing out in such an exceptional field. Anyway...

3 : MikeD - Thorny Nemesis Love the lines, the composition and the colours on this. Very retro 2000AD feel, which is meant as a compliment, of course!

1. Simon Prime - The dynamic posing in this is brilliant, and above all else it hits the one, big thing I look for on the art comp. Would it make a good cover for the prog? HECK YES!
2. MikeD - Thats just chuffing brilliant. Star-scan worth stuff!
3. Andy Lambert1 - Nemesis and Deadlock is an underappreciated chapter in the Millsverse canon, so more of stuff like this is good.
HM -Allied72, Paul Moore, and Raggedman. All three of you I wanted to put into a separate entry of top threes, but my god was this a close call!
1 - Andy Lambert 2... Corpse Ride. Obviously a great drawing, but also a neat and humourous idea.
2 - Nic Freeman... Nemesis' Nemesis. Feels iconic, yet unique. And I like bright colours.
3 - Simon Prime... It's hard to make a character as ridiculous as Nemesis look like part of the recognisable, physical world, but I think this picture achieves that.

Remember that discussion we had about the warlocks apparent lack of genitalia & how some of you said it's built into his alien snout. Well, this was going to my them for my work, but tastefully done.
I might submit this idea, but not as part of the competition like last time.

3rd RaggedMan - love the colour scheme and a classic story revisited!
2nd - Andy Lambert 2 - (Corpse Ride) - Andy may have split his vote this time as they were both great, but this one had extra chuckle value.
1st - Simon Prime - For a moment I thought this was a photo of a model, the 3D effect is stunning.
Impossible choices, my top 3 could be number 1, my HMs could be top 3
1st Black Mocco - it evokes grotesque with simplicity of line
2nd Leigh S - brilliant characterisation, great colours, like Nemesis recast as romantic hero
3rd Nic Freeman - i think based on my fave 2000ad cover. Torquemada as a grafitti/skateboard/madball design.
HM - Mr Sibson - old skool zine feel, MikeD- story in an image, great line work, Adam Lambert - both, just brilliant
