Jason Momoa In Talks To Play Lobo?

Is the Main Man going to be an Ex-Aquaman? This blurb suggests so,though it is a report, not confirmed.

This rumour has been going around for a while. I shan't get too excited until it's officially confirmed. He'd be good, but the fact that he's already played Aquaman might count against him.

Not so much of the past tense - as of this year, Momoa has appeared in a film as the current Aquaman - if it had been a few years ago the rumour would be more likely.

I can't think of a better actor to play Lobo, despite it very probably being a rumour. I saw some clips on YouTube from (iirc) the Supergirl series where Lobo has an Irish accent.  I know I'm a bogtrotter myself but it didn't quite work for me, Lobo being Irish.  At least it was a real Irish accent, though, unlike that of the guy who played Cassidy in Preacher.
