I was looking for a particular skit here and stumbled upon this one of the Ausssie comedian -Famous for CrocoDile Dundee.- when he had his own television show in the late seventies/early eighties.
Considered by most to be the king of AustrAlian comedy with the typical Australian lifesttyle to match. Very Patrioctic and perhaps still, even after his move to Los Angeles later on. It's really difficult to compare his brand of comedy with what with we have in it's place today.
This particualr skit. I don't recall seeing this one before, but there were quite a few. He would have been a ideal Slaine modeled after Mike McMahon's version. Even if he's really only aping Conan the Barbarian.
