Never would have thought of Colin Farrell as the Penguin, but feck it, why not?  The Gotham series already showed he could be an interesting character with the right script and the right actor.

Kind of hoping he uses his Irish accent for it - we've had quite a few Batman-esque nicknames for crime bosses in Dublin, including the General, the Monk, and yes, the Penguin.

Forget The Penguin.
Forget Bullseye.

Farrell's best villain turn was when he played a Dublin scumbag in Intermission, soaked in Colm Meaney's piss.
Born for the role.

I greatly admire Colin as an actor, but I don't really find him suitable for the part. Penguin is very quirky character, you do him or you don't at all. And if we can skip his height, no disrespect to midget people out there, but that's Penguin. With poshed-up accent (one thing Danny DeVito didn't get right). If we forget about the height, Colin would have to gain some girth, monocle and the accent. Because that aristocracy angle is what is charming about the character.
