It seems there are an abundance of volumes 1,2 & 4 for sale but volume 3?

Why? Is V3 particularly important in the Rogue Trooper timeline? Does it feature episodes otherwise unavailable in print?

I'm not angling for a copy, btw, just curious about V3's scarcity.
