Hmm, doesn't sound too great anymore. Anderson pregnant??? Surely she's be thrown out of the division for that??? Hershey in lurve with Dredd? Hmm, carries on well from the first film as someone said. Same actress? Mmm, pleeease! If Death is as good as the Angel Gang/Hammerstein were in the first film it should be good. Hmm, we'll just have to wait and see then.

Mine are mostly in piles in my (cool dry) wardrobe. I'm about to get some proper boxes and sleeves for the pre 500's. Got 1-100ish in sleeves anyway, but thought I'd do it sensibly and make some room for my girlfriends clothes!!

Anyone used the 2000ad binders? If so, care to give a review? No staff please! ;-)

Help! / Re: Book club
04 January, 2002, 05:14:35 PM
I've been a member of that very one for a many years now. Here's how it went with me. I got sh*tloads of good books (LOTR etc) for next to nothing, then for each of the mandatory monthly purchases, I bought a graphic novel, usually the cheapest one. Built up quite a good collection of them too. Then I cancelled it once the time period was up. 6 months later I got an offer of a free book if I'd join again, which I did, got quite a few books I wanted and graphic novels again. Then I cancelled again, getting fed up with the need to buy something every couple of months or whatever. I got a reply saying that if I changed my mind, they'd remove the requirement to purchase one every magazine. Hey presto, cheap books with no obligations. I don't want to be an advert but I've found them to be pretty good, especially if you like fantasy books.

For sure!! Classic books and drawn by THE MAN himself.

Come to think of it, how about a new one??? That reminds me, I've got one I haven't read. That's book clubs for you :-)

Yes please!

Like yourselves, I've just wandered in here and wondered what the hell was going on. New message board? Whaaaa?

So this is the oldest thread eh? Better than trying to compete with Get Fact for content!
