Some really fantastic stuff!

TordelBack

One of my all-time favourite pages - so much Bellardinelli goodness, so much of the plot of the whole series!

I do believe this is a panel from Inferno that has never seen the light of day, but I'm open to correction.
It's Part of my 'coming soon' project, but I dont think it will make it into the first one.

maryanddavid

Sorry for the double post, I wonder if anyone with the HH case file could check if this panel is in it?
I have checked the progs and I cant see it.

Cheers!

It's not in the graphic novel either. The last couple of Inferno episodes were heavily edited. If you look at where that picture would have come from, you, the text caption is in  different handwriting style. Junk Jackson's death scene has also been removed from the same episode. Presumably this is due to the controversy surrounding the earlier episode that almost saw 2000ad being cancelled.

maryanddavid

Cheers GS, the last episode was completly taken apart and one full page taken out. Cheers for checking the Case File.

Couple of clipping I found to lighten the mood!

J.Fitzpatrick please stand up! Hmmm dont know what I did wrong, thought I rotated it, ah well.

Spikes

I like the way The Star is claiming Dredd as its own,

And just seen that panel from Inferno, David. Any updates on this? A lot of art was edited for one reason or another, so its nice to see these 'hidden' bits.
Guess any cold feet regarding the content of the art would stem from the Action days.

maryanddavid

Yep, the Inferno stuff and a few its from Action too will be in the second Comic Archive, which Im working on now. I still have to check whether the Action stuff which is only a few panels, surfaced in 'Action the story of a violent comic'.

I was sent some scans of King Carlos artwork that I had not seen before, I have stuck 5 pages on the FB page if anyone fancies a gander. https://www.facebook.com/HiberniaComics/photos/a.335130923265078.72609.327287150716122/669271273184373/?type=1&theater
