Whole place is rank, even the staff. I was in on Saturday night, they had karaoke on - the place was full of old skanks who thought they were the next Whitney Houston... only thing they had in common with her was the fact they were all rotten! Some people though it was ok just to lift our drinks for themselves and when we told the staff they couldn't care less. Total horror show - best avoid this dump!

TBF I was in a few months ago and none of the smackheids robbed me.

...Yeah the Iron Horse isnt the most recommended, but being Glasgow theres plenty of nearby Pubs, head down Buchanan Street to an alleyway next to Forbidden Planet theres Waxy O'Connors, an Irish style pub with 3-4 floors? take the Sauchihall Street route towards the old GCC venue (its not far) theres loads of pubs

Yeah its easy enough to find it on a map, i was just using it to illustrate the feeling that the whole event seems to have been kept hidden? and yes i know im moaning...

i might have gone to it, if id heard of it a bit earlier than 2 weeks before it started...i 1st heard of it in a recent 2000ad mailshot (was it advertised earlier?)...almost like they dont want a big turn out, no map on the website either
...still, i hope everyone has fun
