Chain Gang War, 12 issues loosely tied in to the bat verse, even has an appearance the the John Paul Valley Batman and has teh bat on the cover of the 12th issue.

It really snt worth getting the first three unless you can get hold of the rest of the 12 issue run.
Word of warning issues 1 to 11 are relatively easy to find its the 12th issue thats a bugger.
