Copied over from the 2000adreview site...

I know someone will disagree, but for me this is the front runner for 'Most stinky Cover of the Year'.http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c118/button71/1497.jpg">

Love the colours, theres some fine b/g detail - its what a cover should be...

But the Dredd is a bit weirdie himself there

The Amstor Computer

I'll disagree straight off - that's a lovely, detailed cover & a typically great piece from D'Israeli. Definitely one of the best covers this year, even with the lifeless typography.

Martin Jameson

The Dredd is a bit weird but.....the more I look the more I like.

Good cover.

House of Usher

"I say, I say, I say - my Dredd's got no nose"

"How does he smell?"
STRIKE !!!

HiEx

Really need to see a bigger pic of the cover before passing judgement.

Floyd-the-k

dunno if it's the stinkiest cover of the year, but it's a damn odd Dredd. Has he pinched someone else's helmet?

I guess I'd have to see the actual cover to be fair...

The Amstor Computer

Gorgeous.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v297/buttonman/1497.jpg">

The helmet being much wider than what's underneath it isn't ideal, from what I hear.  I like Dizzy's colours there, but the stylised Dredd is maybe not the best choice as an 'attract' image.

Carlsborg Expert

It makes me want to look further.

Its definately challenging me to read as a non-reader.

Looks like the cat is among the pigeons.

I hope it is a case of crafting his own style as it is it looks totally Comic. TM.Comic, not funny comic. If you get what I mean.

Dark Jimbo

A helmet wider than the head + big, chunky shoulder pads with pointy eagle bits = accidents galore.

This is why I particularly dislike the 'flared helmet' era judges (not that the uniform was ever particularly practical, but there you go).

The Dredd is spoiling it somewhat..I'd have been more intrigued to have the Magritte as a centrepiece..

Mr C

I'm loving that cover! Particulary the cameo of Mr Horse and that fishtank bustier.

Bad Andy

Scary bad guys in Red Seas.

Reminscient of the Herod from Devlin Waugh. It's depiction didn't half give me the shivers.
