Even if Azimuth hit the reset button for Sin/Dex I can always see a scope to return to Azimuth.

I really enjoyed this series of Hershey and accordingly all the adds I have seen it looks like this is the end of the road:

The biggest problem I have with S/D is that it takes too long to resolve a story-line. Look @ Bulletopia it ran for years and in essence now morphed into Azimuth.

I many sense I am split into how I feel about it. I am not sure that the strip should continue and if it must rather give us short stories than these 3 year story-arcs

Portals was a very nonsensical. It felt to me that you read a book and when you halfway you stop and never go back. Maybe it will work better in a single sitting.

The great thing for me is that I am introduced to characters which I would never had read. When I was exposed to Battle if was only Johnny Red and Charley's War for me.

Quote from: Richard on 25 August, 2023, 11:43:36 AMIf anyone decides to re-read the first series, could they please post a synopsis here of what happened?
It was in a Meg floppie not that long (couple of years?) ago - have to dig it out.

It was re-released in meg 390

Coming to the meg in Nov:

More action and adventure in the future-shocked world of Judge Dredd! There's a complete Dredd story, "Old Soldiers," and another dive back into history with Mega-City 2099. Plus there's more thrilling drama in Lawless, there's the start of a new DeMarco series, "A Picture," and Spector, the next chapters of Johnny Red, and Rogue Trooper, and interviews, features and much more!
