Just been having a read through these, raised a chuckle or two. Basically it's the premise of various films/comics etc distilled into one snarky sentence. Favourites include:

ALIENS: An unplanned pregnancy leads to complications.
BATMAN: Wealthy man assaults the mentally ill.
BLADE: Obsessed loner stalks minority group.
SERENITY: Men fight for possession of scantily clad mentally ill teenage girl.
RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK: American yahoo murders soldiers and desecrates religious artifacts for money.
STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE: Religious extremist terrorists destroy government installation, killing thousands.
TERMINATOR: An unplanned pregnancy leads to complications.

JUDGE DREDD: Fascist thug in bleak dystopia is cheered.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre :Deranged Lunatic with anger management issues mis-uses chainsaw.

The Exorcist :Young girl with behaviour problems gets sent to bed and  verbally abuses priest and makes improper sexual suggestions.

Blade 2 :A bit like the first but not as good but features a very fit looking female vampire.

Sppokily enough- I was trying to do this very thing at work yesterday with the plays of Shakespeare.
The best one I could think of was for Hamlet: Emo might kill uncle.
