Tweak - dead or alive?

I have just read the Tweak story in the latest Megazine and it reminded me that there was a story in 2000AD where Tweak died. I am sure that this happened but although I have all of the progs from prog 1 I can't find the story. Can anyone remember which prog the story appeared in? Or was it in an Annual?

I'm sure it didn't happen in the weekly prog. During Tweak's original story (The Cursed Earth) we see his family die, but not Mr Tweak himself.

Can't say for any of the albums/annuals though.

Ho ho ho. Imagine the hilarity if Pat Mills set out to script his Tyweak follow up only to be informed that the character had actually been killed off by Mark Millar...
