Excellent! In that case I may have to consider my first Planet Replicas purchase.

I hope they've remembered to only put the dial on the left hand side.

I've got Cam's complete first episode for the V.C.s (which is also his first work for 2000AD) but I couldn't resist getting this page at the same time.

Well done for starting them at "stupidly low" prices. I hope that step leads to lots of bidders.

The letters are on separate pieces of paper that have been pasted onto the artwork, which is why they go translucent with age. My prog 1 Harlem Heroes page does have lettering directly onto the art, but in that case Dave Gibbons did his own lettering (and presumably there are different rules for launch issue artwork anyway, since he did use separate pieces on the other page I have from prog 16).

And didnt Wake have that page up for sale recently? (so much art popping up, of late, its hard to keep track!)

Correct. I bought it from DXB, then sold and shipped it just in time for the signing.

I have two significant Ron Smith pages (tight boots and Judge Fargo) so I didn't feel like I could keep a third. Unfortunately I was in Wales myself, so I couldn't make the signing.

Don't know if that question has ever been address: in Barney's database for JD CCF #1 the bonus strips are not listed (i.e. The First Dredd and Walter the Wobot strips). Is it because the first print didn't include them? (I own the third print)

I have the first print so I didn't know about these. Is the ISBN the same?

I had a quick look and couldn't see this already mentioned anywhere else.

Tim Piltcher is running a kickstarter for his "shocking, revealing and completely unofficial memoir of DC Comics' legendary London office, to celebrate Vertigo's 20th anniversary".

The kickstarter has already reached its £3,850 funding target, but if it reaches £5,500 in the next 11 days, then the three promotional badges will be upgraded to enamel on silver plated metal by Termight Replicas.

Quote from: Colin_YNWA on 11 April, 2013, 09:05:19 PMSigh looks like I missed a rather wonderful Red Seas page - stupid stupid me!

Don't worry. The Red Seas page is reserved for you.

I just debated between DNA Man 2.4 and 3.6 as my keeper, and chose 2.4 for Walter and Maria action just as Judge Jack reserved 3.6. I'm glad it worked out that way around.

Quite a few pages sold/reserved already. I'm afraid that reservations through my site take precedence over PMs (since they have to wait until I read the PM, then go to my site and reserve the page under my own email address).

I did sell one cover prior to listing the pages online, but also turned down selling half a dozen pages at a hefty discount. I feel that the prices are at the upper end of what I'd pay myself, and I'm somewhat regretting not selling my favourite DNA Man page to myself. Looks like I might have to pull one of the others.

Cheers,

I've uploaded several Brett Ewins pages today

Six pages from Bad Company Book 1 (four have already sold)
Three pages from Rogue Trooper (one marked not for sale but I'd consider a trade)
Eight pages from Judge Dredd: The DNA man
Five double page spreads from Judge Dredd: The Haunting of Sector House 9 (three already reserved)
Two complete future shocks (one 3 pages, one 5 pages)

If anyone would like a page from Bad Company 2002 I have 22 pages from that series which I will sell for £200 each.

Brett would also like to know if anyone is interested in Skreemer artwork. He has all the interiors, but not the covers. I've bought a copy of the GN so if you'd like a page you can send me a scan from that. Most pages will be £100.

I also have a couple of complete stories from annuals, but since I don't want to split them, they will be quite expensive.

Apart from Brett Ewins, I also have some new art in my Misc section:

e.g. Jock Dredd pages and a Frazer Irving Judge Death for £75 each
The final Ron Smith page for £250
A Simon Davis Sinister Dexter for £125

Cheers,

Wake

I'd love to meet Ron, but I'll be aiding and abetting an Easter egg hunt (that's Easter_egg hunt, not Easter egg_hunt for the pedants) in Carmarthenshire that weekend.

Photo by Tim Pickersgill. Many thanks to von Boom for parting with his paramedic uniform and getting it to me in time.

Looking good, but the Medi-Tek thingy would have truly completed the look,  ;)

I would have had to put it on the floor and dance around it...

I wore my paramedic costume to yesterday's uniform theme at my local goth night.

Pics of facebook (but public)

I have a spare set of large green paramedic overalls (no hi-vis vest) if anyone's interested for £70 plus postage.

Cheers,
