Saturday the 13th of September at Orbital comics London.

He's always good fun. It says he's signing Lost Girls but he always seems happy enough to sign copies of anything put in front of him. I'm always suspicious of his name signed without a dedication as every thing I've seen him sign is made out to someone.

Please pass back any reports if you go...

Not so.

He signed my Watchmen without a dedication at UKCAC many years ago.

Yes you are quite right.

The practice of making a dedication seems to have coincided with Ebay - and who can blame them. I'd rather that than end up being charged for a signature

Interestingly (or perhaps boringly) in the book world a dedicated signature is worth more as it is 'more' of the author.

Alan signed a book for me too years back, no inscription..

All my early 2000ad signed stuff is like that...

I was so stupid it never even ocurred to me to ask..

Accept once, as a child, and Alan Grant misheard my name as Rupert, and signed appropriately, I was too scared of this Comics god to correct him ... sigh..
