I think ive sussed who might b under the helmet here goes i think its harry no not harry redknapp the 1 the only harry callahan aka dirty harry aka judge dredd in a suit with leather patches on the elbows from those badass movies from the 70s and the not so good 1 from the 80s with jim carrey as a junkie ok ok it might not b a made up badass cop from the 70s i hear u cry so its got 2 b the 1 the only CLINT EASTWOOD i thank u all

Yup. you're spot on. Harry Callahan was definitely an influence on Dredd's character - nowadays I always imagine him as Clint in Grand Torino, and with older progs it's Dirty Harry.
