This can be one off the most frustrating times to read the prog almost all of the stories either comes to end or on its final legs and we have a lot of fillers. This can be either be a good or a bad times. Currently I can almost taste the turkey, but I cannot eat it. This prog was not bad, but I cannot wait for something new something different.

Dredd – A good start to another Niemand scripted Dredd story. Niemand knows his Dredd, and this reads like classic Dredd to me. We have two ex-perps whom after spending time in the cubes for a cage fight lining up for a rematch. Dredd is waiting and ready to spoil the party.

Terror Tales – Another one of Tomlinson’s tales and so far, we had a real mix bag this one is alright but nothing special about it.

Enemy Earth – I am sitting in a cave and reading a story and I shout I HAVE READ THIS BEFORE and I hear a voice echoing my sentiment I HAVE READ THIS BEFORE, I Have Read This Before, I have read this before. This is how I feel about this story nothing new nothing different déjà vu: I have read it before.

Hope – We continue the misses’ side of the story this round she tries to take the reel back as the episode ends with a showdown. It is interesting to see where Adams are heading with the story. This one was not as grim as previous episodes, still enjoying it. Will have to read this in a collected format which I believe will read much better than the weekly incarnation.

Fiends – The Fiend is back but this is the first adventure into the old West. This is more a prologue or setup for a new arc. I enjoyed this and Warren Pleece pleasantly surprised me with his interpretation of Fiends. So, bring on the next arc next year.

actually isn't scarlet traces owned by the creative team?

No… I'm sure Ian said on a thrillcast that they'd sold the rights to Rebellion as part of the deal to continue the story. (Or it might have been a news story on the 2000AD site… it was definitely somewhere official.)

Scarlet Traces have been bought by Rebellion as Jim said

Robin Smith on Dredd. Can’t say I ever expected to see new work by Robin Smith in 2000AD again.
Apparently, the story is a tribute to Alan Grant, so it makes sense to use an old friend and collaborator.

Hopefully this can be in B/W as well.

The last episode for Trifecta in prog 1812 was just Dredd-verse and only a single strip

....have we ever seen another multi-strip Prog where 75% of the strips were that

I think we had a 100% Dredd-verse prog twice Trifecta and many years ago where Rogue was in the Dredd strip

The Order's got... quite involved.

I'm wondering how they'll be able to wrap it up in just one series.

Maybe it is going to be a 27 mega-epic run :) plus and prologue and an epilogue

A good prog with a nice cover

Dredd – Well as we all expected we know the outcome. I enjoyed this spin-off and I especially enjoyed that last few Dredd jewels of wisdom. This still feel that we might get more out of this storyline in the future. Flint’s art as always is a joy to watch.

Chimpsky – This was a joy to read the last few weeks and with the promise of more to come. A request to Ken and PJ: I would like a new tale under my Christmas tree, pretty please.

Enemy Earth – The story suffers due to weak visual presentation, character wise the classic superhero tv show problem of it is all my fault, everything, everywhere will continue to make stupid choices and lastly do we need another Walking Dead wannabee. Sorry, this is just not for me but continue reading it in the hope of something better tomorrow

Hershey – A good ending and we will hopefully soon get the next chapter in Hershey’s revenge tale and some justice. Just a word to Simon his artwork and style for this series was quite phenomenal.
