other possible stories for ABC Warriors collection, the deadlock mini series , the blackblood  origin story from one of the sci-fi specials, and maybe the robusters story where rojaws hides hammerstien's medals , missing from the "complete" robusters

The trouble I find with Mills these days especially in ABC Warriors stories is that the characters talk pure exposition, long gone are the days of the black hole where each chapter was related by a different characters thoughts.

Ha ha button man I think your stories of weakest link may have taken the edge off a blistering hot day. I was concerned why Mr Wells gave Carlos a pastie at the time thinking it may have been some kind  a cultural exchange . Did you guys end up getting a sketch off Bisley? Hello Stacey always a pleasure to meet another North East Geek. Going start contributing more to the forum to keep the thrill suckers at bay. I am a bit of a newbie to the boards, looking at the everything comes back to 2000ad page I realised I was talking to Pete Wells and Rob Stewart in the Wagner/Carlos que. Rob very kindly gave me a sheet of paper from his sketchpad so I could get a sketch off king Carlos.    John Wagner seemed a very nice , down to earth bloke as did Carlos. I spent two blistering hot hours in a que to meet Simon Bisley he was a bit stand offish at first but had a good chat with him. Spent my money on a Dredd/Alpha print and a selection of american Dredd reprints which are like gold dust in the North East.

Anyone get the Bolland Dredd collection? it was sadly a bit too pricey for my pockets

Apologies if this has already been asked but does the forthcoming complete Brian Bolland Dredd collection contain the cursed earth chapters he drew that havent been republished since?

Unlikely. Those chapters haven't been republished due to legal reasons. It does say it's "The Complete Brian Bolland" but I think any such collection is going to be necessarily incomplete.

Edit: Looks like I'm correct. From the preview at CBR: This luscious, oversized hardcover volume collects as many Brian Bolland-illustrated Judge Dredd stories as THE LAW* will allow! (*Seriously, there's one we can't publish. Ever.) They are online somewhere. I'll see if I can dredge up a link.
