Narrative flaws (easily fixed, too) may take you out of it a bit, but still worth a watch.

Issue six is a rather daft space adventure, with art from Morgan Gleave.

Books & Comics / SENTINEL Presents... KAZANA THE SLAYER
12 October, 2020, 09:28:02 AM
Not to be confused with other barbarian warriors (ahem), Kazana will be our first full color issue, kickstarting early November for a Christmas delivery.

there will also be lots of original art up for grabs if that's your thing, and maybe t-shirts of the cover here by Mark McCann

A simple story of a big bastard protecting the wee folk from a skeletel hoarde, it's lots of fun.

SENTINEL Issue #4 will be kickstarted ina few eeks, and it's very different to what has before.

It's 1982, and fourteen year old Misty Moore has moved to a new village, traveling by coach to a newaby school. Her and her family share an old mansion house with two other families, one of whom has a very nasty little daughter.

When Misty is horribly bullied, she discovers a spirit in her room, Janet, who committed suicide 30 tears ago after being bullied herself. She offers to help Misty get revenge on those who have wronged her - bloody revenge...

What could go wrong?

I'll post sample pages as we get closer, but suffice to say this is a dark, deadly and emotional tale that will chill anyone who reads it, with excellent, atmospheric art by Paul Spence.

Here's the limited, alternatove cover by Neil Blackbird Sims to whet your appetite:

From the Facebook page of Sentinel Comic:

" A mix between 2000ADs Ace Trucking Co. and the classic sitcom Taxi, it tells of two rival taxi firms working out of the Garp system. It's funny, daft and expertly drawn by Paul Spence in his full length strip debut. Paul is heavily infuenced by the late, great Massimo Bellardinelli (Ace Trucking, Slaine, Inferno, Meltdown man and more) and there are several homages buried within to give fans a chuckle.

Our guest alternative cover artist is none other than comic legend Hunt Emerson, and he's even included a cameo from his character Firkin (The Fiesta office cat back in the day) in the back seat."
