I loved Motherless Oven so much. It was just glorious, thought provoking, beautiful comics. Made me cry like a girl actually.

It has been such a long time since I posted here but had to say something about our lovely friend Dave. Dave and Richmond were the first people I ever talked to at a comic con. My ex had a story accepted and we wanted to say thank you and hello. From then on they were my friends. Their choice by the way, neither let us walk by without saying hullo. At Inverness when he and I were a bit too shy (yes me!) to introduce ourselves to everyone, Dave just picked our table up added it to the group and I made forever friends with lots of you that weekend. We may not talk much, it may just be on social media or at cons but these friendships are real and important. And the loss of Dave is just huge, massive. I'm struggling with it and know many of you are too. So yes. That's all. Huge love and hugs to all of you xxxx

Not sure if I'm going to make it this year, and I'm gutted as top of my people I want to see is attending. Proudhuff of course! Missed you last year Library Scum!

Aw ... that's my highlight of the Con deflated! What's the point of a Con without Library Scum?
You really must try harder Whittle. Not only have you let your school down but... you know the rest.

GUTTED! x

I had a really good time. I live in South Shields too and sometimes it feels mad that I only time I see fellow fans is at cons often in different parts of the country!

Seeing Pete's arse and his slightly terrified look after realising he'd flashed John Wagner as well as us was a highlight along with his guided tour of Sunderland. :-D

Nice to meet Dodsy too.

We missed you John but looking forward to seeing you in full uniform this weekend eh? ;-D

If that's aimed at me Sauchie that's unfair. I am not and never been a flamer. But I am entitled to be pissed off about a silly remark. I don't think I need reproaching for it thank you.

"Do you think that interviewers should think up their own questions?"

This has made me really bloody cross. It's firstly rude and pointless and secondly we are not 'interviewers' we are fans producing a podcast for other fans who might not have the means to ask these questions themselves. Our podcasts are basically audio fanzines - the implication here seems to be we are getting others to do out 'work' for us. It's not work! We are not being lazy - it takes EVEN more time to collate these and make sure everyone gets credited for their questions.
