Dredd aside there wasn't much for me in the Prog, Protex Blue was fun, but nothing else ticked my fancy.

What is the Brimful all about, why does it exist?

Line of the year, so far:

"Lodged tight inside Dave Cameron."

Indeed the very much over used LOL did indeed happen.

Ennis comes across like a good egg. Nice to see him still singing the praises of 2000 AD as well.

Indeed, he was great at the Lakes Comic Con I attended, happy to talk non-comic stuff with my partner, comic stuff with me and listened politely to my asking for a story about the Red Ball Express and the contribution of the (mainly) black drivers. And he'd happily sign any of his stuff, including the page where Judge Proudfoot is hung out to dry.  :)

Cancelled!

or moved to another date/place/time?

The Engerland vs Scotland Rugby Six Nations is on at Murrayfield that afternoon. So Haymarket will be a midden, the pubs heaving and and the whole of Edinburgh infested with the worst kind of people... there will also be some English fans here too.

if it was, you chaps would have to go on without me, as my shifts have all changed, thanks covid.

Just leave the Bren and a hand grenade with me I'll be fine.

Do in Glasgow? If we are committed to the date?

China's $1 trillion 'artificial sun' fusion reactor just got five times hotter than the sun.

China's "artificial sun" has set a new world record after superheating a loop of plasma to temperatures five times hotter than the sun for more than 17 minutes, state media reported.

The EAST (Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak) nuclear fusion reactor maintained a temperature of 158 million degrees Fahrenheit (70 million degrees Celsius) for 1,056 seconds, according to the Xinhua News Agency. The achievement brings scientists a small yet significant step closer to the creation of a source of near-unlimited clean energy.

But he also did Raider, which I like very much (and so did Karl Urban), and Justice One

Justice One where the wonderful Judge Proudfoot was killed off...

New year prog still missing in Perth. It was poor last autumn then sorted itself out later in the year.

I got a Instagram from my brother in Perth yesterday, he'd just received my Xmas card sent at the start of December, it was their 1st mail since mid December! oh that's Perth Scotland, an hour up the road, not OZ.

Mail has been fine in the East Lothian Wastelands...
