The strip that has most made me realise minimal art is great.

The one modern strip that has any chance of getting my vote over Stront,Slaine and Nemesis.

I'll abstain, as I haven't read Shako yet. Brink isn't my favorite Abnett series, but obviously great (falls underneath Kingdom then Lawless and Insurrection for me).
