Hello, I'm about to self-publish my new comic :

"Le French Ninja - A True Story"

Paris at the end of the nineties, my friend and I were asked if we wanted to become ninjas by a mysterious ninja master!

You'll find more information about the project and the pre-launch page for the crowdfunding link here:

So, a friend of mine convinced me to design, illustrate and make the cover, and I went full cyberpunk dystopia, and well, I think it could be located in one of Mega City ONE's megaplexes' corridors:

This is a split 7inch between SEUM & FATIMA, they both cover each other's song.

SEUM is a guitarless trio from Montreal playing some dirty Doom'N'Bass:

FATIMA is a trio from Paris playing some grungy doom:

Everything was hand made and hand crafted, DIY! The vinyls are hand pressed using the Lathe cutting method.

Limited to 33 ex, and they are going fast! Contact SEUM if you want one!

If you like my artwork, you can check the links in my profile.

Regarding Bisley, the more I look the more I find his black & white run on ABC to be stunning: He's firing on sight at everytone, taking no prisoners and letting everyone knows that he's here. He's taking chances, doing some crazy stuff...

He's still putting some details that he would later abandon... Absolutely stunning...

By the way, I have his run on the Fleetway ABC Warriors book 3 & 4, I have his Slaine color work and his Dredd ones, has he done anything else for 2000 AD or anyone else around that period?

Does anyone knows how to find some of his work before 2000 AD? Cannot find anything on the interwebs...

Hear me out: Chopper's first encounters with sky-surfing as a teen, vintage boards, locals only sky-surf OGs, rival surf gangs, lousy sky-body-boarders, secret spots, impossible tricks... A girl... Dogtown VS Mega-City ONE cranked up to 11!

The trick is not to post it in the morning! Say, you wouldn't have the contact of Volcom's art director laying around, would ya?

Apparently this drokking short url has a few hours lifespan... So for those who clicked the link too late we'll use the honor system: please go watch a Rick Roll video on you own, thanks.

Truth is, none of this was planned: I was coloring this piece, and I always liked the idea of doing fake comics covers with some of my illustrations. I was finishing it and it dawned on it that we were the first of april, so I said to myself: Why the Hell Not?

So, in order to redeem myself, I made a blog post about this illustration, becasuse it was my most challenging one and I made a critical mistake... I made it twice!

If you like process stuff and ramblings about creativity, you can read about the hows and whys, and the lesson learned here:

So the "fan fiction" scenario I made as a joke along my Chopper illustration has been greenlighted by 2000 AD!!! And COSMOGOL 666 will be releasing the one shot "LOCALS ONLY" under licence!

Mega-City One coolest dude, Chopper, dusts-off an old vintage flying board (mixed media on paper):

This is the final sketch before I attack the finished image, but I liked how it turned out so... Here you go!
