While we had our meal with the Hi-Ex bunch we were lucky enough to have Kev F Sutherland on our table. The guy was a hoot with a real passion for comics.

While eating he excitedly told us he'd sneaked a Dredd reference into a Bash Street Kids Adventure he was working on. I asked him to send me the page and here it is, see if you can spot it:

Looks great and Kev was a top bloke. I managed to get into a very odd conversation between him and Al Ewing on the first night which I think was one of my highlights of the whole weekend.

Looks like he had a tonne of fun doing that, and it shows. I suspect the bottom panels are also a homage to something put I can't quite place it.
