EDIT - I thought 'tyrant' for the second one, but the only connection I can see in the clue is 'Gordon Ramsay' and 'in the grip' - doesn't seem to fit in with another intersecting anagram i haven't solved yet either

Could the 'pussy' one be WIMP - as in the (theoretical) subatomic particle?   Seems a bit too obscure.  The Gordon Ramsay one is wrecking my head.
