2. BMB - Hammerstein.  Same again for Ben, such a good comic artist. Check out Kranburn (not for kids).

For me, (1) Bob Molesworth's anarchic and just downright fun Mongrol just pips (2) JT Pegg's uber-cool Joe Pineapples. Both great images and both perfectly capture different aspects of the strip. (3) Darren Stephens' excellent 90s-tastic Mechanismo gets 3rd for me, and HM to Kerrin for that excellent stogie. There were loads of other cracking entries though and choosing wasn't easy
