To be fair WIll (no reason why you should be, I'm usually not) it is the 50th anniversery of ITV coming up soon, and it's probably part of a season of programs of the ilk.

Also the article was highly political i.e. how dare those damn politicans not appericate us.

And also I'm the wrong person to be fair to ITV, I haven't watch anything on it other than News and Football for over a year*.

*The last such program I can remember watching is the series they did on Thatcher. And that came after another year of non-watching.
