How to post pictures

Hi,I can add attachments and can post images using photobucket , but I am trying to post decent sized images and unsure what to do. Any help gratefully appreciated.

On photobucket click on "direct link" to copy the link, and then open a post, click on the "insert image" icon and paste the copied link between the brackets.

EDIT - oops, just read it properly and you already know how to do that! Not sure of the question in that case - do you mean those huge images that stretch the width of the page? I think that just depends on the size of the image you link to, but I may be wrong

Dandontdare,in the monthly art comp most of the entries are decent sized but mine are tiddly sized(my wife keeps telling me that as well), I am just wondering how to get the bigger images.

Is the issue Photobucket or could it be the image size of your uploaded file? Apologies if I am asking the most obvious question.
