I first heard about it from Pat Mills mentioning it in his introduction to the first volume of Charley's War. What a shame it's so difficult to get a copy (for difficult read expensive).

i got this about two years ago for £4 from Dave's in Brighton. i took a punt on a bargin and was richly rewarded. It's a really good read.
