Is there anything better than when a complete twat is removed from your orbit by their own stupidity? Yes,there is, but it's still a good feeling! :D

Games / Kinect for Xbox 360
15 June, 2010, 12:59:07 AM
Just watched a live presentation from E3 where Microsoft was showing off Kinect,a truly hands free device. I was unimpressed when I first heard about this last year, but seeing it in action really caught my attention. It's nothing like the Wii and gaming is just one application for this hardware.I bet the folks are Sony died a little since it looks like all they did was copy the Wii Nunchuk. No mention of a price point and it remains to be seen if it works as well at home as it did at E3,but here's to being hopeful.

Books & Comics / Just one of the reasons I love 2000 A.D.
01 November, 2009, 07:54:21 AM
The subscription service I use to purchase my comics just posted January 2010 items, and it is just chock full of the next bloated Marvel crossover,Siege. These endless crossovers of today are just as bad as the die-cut hologram covers of the 1990's and with the progs, none of that, just great thrills. Thanks Tharg!

Website and Forum / Subscriptions via website

When will it be possible to subscribe thru the 2000 A.D. website? As I live in the states an international phone call isn't in my budget.I now get my progs thru a mail order company and I am always a month behind and pay a large amount of shipping fees.
