Nemesis has so much wonder, but then when Dante becomes the awesome 1-2-3 of Morrison, Fraser and Burns, there really is nothing to touch it.

Nikolai Dante.

Lawless is awesome but don't think it yet has a track record to match Portrait of a Mutant, Outlaw, Rage, and all the rest. So...Strontium Dog.

Argh...both Dabnett masterpieces. Because I'm reading it at the moment, Lawless, but my answer could be different next week.

And no, the Hachette collection didn't include Devil May Care, which was in the 40th anniversary special prog.

Ooohh. Zenith is arguably (or not) both Morrison and Yeowell's best work. Nemesis has O'Neill, Redondo, Talbot, Hicklenton, Roach and Flint. Ahhh...err....Zenith.

Halo was great but as I'm a huge fan of the original series, Fiends of the Eastern Front.

Brink.

I'm a big fan of Lawless but as it's the only John Smith thrill left in the running I'm going with Firekind.
