Just what projects you might have worked on for that company. Like say you were a comic artist you could pop in 2000AD as your employer and add your strips as projects I suppose. I've put the companies I've done QA for as employers and the games I worked on for them as projects for example. I doubt it serves any purpose whatsoever but I was bored.
